Mindy McKay Morton

Born in Clinton, MS, admitted to bar in 2010, Mississippi; 2010, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Mississippi; 2010; U.S. District Court of Mississippi, Southern District; 2010, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Member: Mississippi Bar Association. Mindy graduated with a BA in Criminology and Spanish from the University of Miami in Florida. Between educational endeavors, Mindy sold real estate in Miami, Florida. Mindy's areas of law include but are not limited to: Family Law, Personal Injury, Contract Law and Workers Compensation. Mindy is wonderfully married to William Lock Morton, III, an insurance defense attorney at Upshaw Williams Biggers and Beckham in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Will and Mindy reside in Madison, Mississippi with Will's four year old daughter.
